My name is Katie Poulsen. I have a degree in Elementary Education K-8/Early Childhood Education from Montana State University-Bozeman. You may recognize me from volunteering at the school and through PTO activities the past three years.
My husband and I moved to Colorado Springs four years ago from Washington State and we just love it here. We have two boys, ages 11 and 6, who attend Horizon Middle School and Evans International Elementary. As a family we love to travel to Disneyland, hike and ride our bikes long distances in the mountains and along the California Coast. When I am not busy with school and family, I love to scrapbook our adventures, read any great book I can get my hands on, and cook gourmet meals from my large cookbook collection.
